Panic as UPDF Col. Francis Ongia Declares Intention for Kioga County MP seat in 2026

Amolatar, Uganda : Col Dr. Francis Ongia who is having a vision centerd on the holistic of every sector of life promises good governance, prosperity and effective service delivery to the people of Amolatar if elected. 

At the core of his politics is his interest to effectively represent the common man. 

Ongia who declared his intention to the position shortly, after registering in the Yellow books sayshe is ready to tussle it out with other contenders for the same position.

Col.Dr Ongia appealed to the voters to back him in his quest for greater development and transformations.

Col .Dr Ongia has pledged to continue his politics in spite of intimidation, threats, and insults.

“I know the nature of my opponents and I am well-prepared to face them diplomatically. I will not engage in hiring goons and mudslinging. I will not give in to intimidation.” He said.

Ongia is prepared to go to work and impact the lives of his people he will represent in Parliament

A portion of the electorate who communicated with this media acknowledged Dr. Col Francis Ongia’s accomplishments prior to his entry into the politic. 

One electorate, James Etuku, told this website that while the minority group had previously been left out of the decision-making process, Ongia included them.

He went on to say that Ongia is the only viable candidate and inspired everyone to provide their support to him to the fullest extent possible.

Felix Oguta , revealed, Ongia has made good success in a few villages thus far, suggesting that further advancements for the Amolatar people are still to come if he is elected.
