How Obada became M7's Blue-Eye Boy and appointed ARDC Kwania

There is overwhelming Joy in Kwania District following the latest appointment of their gallant  Son Ceasor Obada as an assistant Resident District Commissioner of the district 

Obada's appointment comes  upon his outstanding and remarkable contribution to his National Resistance Movement party where he served as the coordinator in the office of National Chairman Gen ( Rtd) Yoweri Kaguta Musveni and he can be credited with the massive votes gunnered by the ruling party in the 2021 elections in Lango sub-region where he was in-charge.

Before his appointment, the loyal NRM carder has trained and inspired many young people in Lango and Uganda at large  to join the great NRM party and also  promoted several  government projects.

Beside Poltic, Mr. Ceasor Obada has been an iconic personality in the education sector in this country-he taught in several prominent schools across the country like, Kabalega SS and Masindi SS, Excel High Schools Masindi , St Kizito SS Wobulenzi, Volley College Bushenyi among others. 

As news broke of his newest state assignment Mr Obada was Currently teaching at Kabojja international school in the country's capital Kampala.

He also served as a School Directorat  Kabalega High school Masindi, worked as Lango subregion ONC - NRM Coordinator and also Coordinator Bazukulu Ba Museveni,am NRM pressure group comprising pf young people whose mission was to popularise Muzee as they often refered to president Museveni.

Obada's Leadership journey 

While at High school , Mr. Obada was the Head Prefect of Aduku SS in Present day Apac district and held the position of Speaker of Nambieso students Association, a body that brings  all secondary and tertiary students together within Nambieso Sub-county-in the present day Kwania district.

In 2015 , he contested for NRM MP primaries for Kwania constituency but lost to Hon Ayoo Tonny.

Education background 

Obada holds a Bsc of Makerere University specializing in chemistry & Zoology , Diploma in secondary Education ( Bio/Chem) from Kyambogo University and trained in active learning of science from University Science Malaysia.

When asked by this publication on how he feels about his deployment,Obada said he is not only excited but honoured to serve his district and the nation and promised to do a great job.

"I am happy that president Museveni has rewarded my efforts as a loyal carder of NRM who has immensely contributed to the achievements of the party,I will use this as a ladder to mobilize my people to benefit from government programs such as the Parish development model in abid to improve household incomes and kick our poverty which is a top priority of my boss- the president" Obada remarked.

James Opio,a resident of Kwania is among severals who have welcomed Obada's appointment. Describing him as a leader,calm , compassionate and down to earth,Opio said they are optimistic that he will deliver and steer the district on the right course.
