Kole; Hope Primary School's Children, Teachers Celebrate Top Performance in PLE Result

Kole, Uganda; Parents, Pupils and Teachers of   Hope Schools, Kole are celebrating following their performance in Primary Leaving Examination Board.  Hope Primary School located in Ilera Village, Akalo in Kole District, Uganda in East Africa has made a surprised in Northern Uganda by being on top among the best in Uganda.

All candidates who sat for PLE 2023 at Hope Primary School Passed with good grades and qualified for the next level.

Statistics from Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) indicate that 749,347 candidates registered across 14,153 examination centers, there was a 10% decline in PLE candidates compared to 2022. The examination body clarified that this reduction aligns with the typical annual number of PLE candidates, excluding 2022 whose figures rose due to that fact in 2020 there were no national examinations due to COVID19.Female candidates constituted 52%, while male candidates made up 48%. The majority of examination centers, 79%, are Universal Primary Education (UPE) schools, hosting 501,619 candidates, while the remaining 21% are non-UPE centers with 247,728 candidates. Additionally, 70% are funded under the Universal Primary Education (UPE) Program, and the remaining 30% are privately sponsored. 2,580 were candidates with Special Needs.

Director of Hope Schools ,Denish Emiko said, the impressive performance demonstrates high level of commitment at the school toward provision of quality education, and community transformation. 

He also attributed it to strict implementation of rules and regulation laid to transform the school.

Besides, Performance, Hope Schools, Kole through their foreign Organization, Project Hope Worldwide has made children to explore and meet both national and international standard of education.

Emiko also commended leaders of Kole District for always being close and supportive to them. 

Their results postively  puts  Akalo Sub county on the Map of Uganda,  a decay ago no one would think the place who be a center of academic excellent but with presence of Hope Schools , Kole thing has certainly changed.
