Global Cultural Heads to attend Wonyaci Okune's Coordination

LIRA, UGANDA! Members of the coronation committee have expressed positive optimistism in the forthcoming coronation of the Wonyaci Elect eng.moses Michael Odongo Okune slated for 02.Nov.2024 as leaders from across Africa show readiness to witness the ceremony.

 Peter Okello Oyo the chairperson transition committee of Lango Cultural Institution and a member of the coronation committee says the anticipated colourful function will show case Lango historical glory and revamp the cultural values and respect.

 The Wonyaci elect Eng Moses Micheal Odongo Okune in his address to the council of Owitong at Lango Cultural center on Friday 23/08/2024 said he expects a minimum of 150 cows to be slaughtered on that day because he wants people to celebrate and enjoy the rebirth of Lango Cultural heritage which Was on the demise.

odongo Okune says the institution is receiving overwhelming support from well wishers and organisation across Africa and the world an indication he says has given him courage to lead Lango to prosperity.he added that as a leader is primary vision is to fight poverty and guarantee good health for the elderly and retired Among the delegates that will attend the coronation party are those from Nigeria, Asante kingdom in ghana.kenya , Lango community who conquered Zanzibar under the command of Okello field marshal.jaluo kingship as well as United kingdom and world over.

Geoffrey etwop the clan leader ober urged his fellow Owitong to mentor young during their tenure of office so that they don't leave a leadership vacuum Incase they pass on.
