Pader RDC Milton Odongo Commeded for Fighting Corruption as He Moves to Napak

Pader, Uganda; The recent transfer of Pader RDC Milton Odongo to Napak District has sparked mixed reactions from members of the public in Acholi sub-region. 

Section of corrupt officials, PDM "thieve" and anti government progress are reportedly celebrating his exit from Pader saying it will give them more opportunities to continue looting public resources, however majority of community members emotionally unhappy with this development praising RDC Milton Odongo has a great leader who never tolerated corruption in the district.

They said  RDC Odongo's exit in Pader will affect the rapid progress of the district since he has been in the center of development. 

Odongo strongly fought against corruption in Acholi war debt compensation while in Pader district. 

Commisioner Odongo who has been relentless in his struggle against corruption, gained more recognition when he disagreed and rescued community from the hands of corrupt officials in Pader .

Praised by Many in Pader, RDC Odongo before his deployment in Pader, had made a successful contribution while in Karberamido District. He moblised locals  to support government programs and join hands into fight against corruption. 

He also worked in Nabilatuk in Karamoja sub region where he brought peace between Lango and Karamoja, he will the first to bring Karamoja local leaders in Nabilatuk to visit Lango particularly Lira City where they met with officials of Lira University. 

Speaking to this publication, the active RDC Odongo confirmed the development. 

He welcomed the new assignment saying he will ensure peace and security is maintained in the area .

Odongo Milton is an active mobliser of NRM government while in Amuru and Lira District,  he rallied youth to embrace government programs , and convinced several opposition members to work with government.
