Kole, Uganda: The Assistant Resident District Commissioner of Kole District, Mr. David Munu has urged youth in to take advantage of the proactive government programs introduced by able leadership of H.E President Musveni under the NRM transformative agenda, such as Emyooga, PDM, and the Grow Project to help kick out poverty.

He encouraged them to view these initiatives as opportunities for personal transformation.
