Deployment as Lango gathers to elect a successor of Chief Yosam Odur Ebii today

Lira City, Ug: Police has been deployed at Akiibua memorial proposed construction site as Lango Clan leaders assembled to elect the successor of Yosam Odur Ebii the Paramount Chief of Lango.

The deployment is meant to protect peace and security during the voting process, already team from  ministry of gender labor and Social development has arrived to montior the voting process.

Eng.Moses Micheal Okune UNRA ex boss has gathered more supports and he is favoured to win this election due to his humility.

This election follow a dismal of an application on Thursday 29, March 2024 seeking to stop Lango from conducting election.
