Accelerating NRM vision,Erute South MP Hopeful Abdul promotes vocational training

President Museveni's representative in Apac district Mr. George Abudul has appealed to the community of Erute South Constituency in Lira district to embrace and invest in technical education.

Abdul is an active NRM stalwart who until is deployment as the Resident District Commissioner ( RDC ) Apac was coordinating the popularisation of NRM, It's programs and ideologies in the office of the National Chairperson Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Recently while presiding over the graduation of students of Chosen Hope ,a vocational training School in Agali Subcount, Lira District Abdul made a passionate appeal to parents to intrest themselves in tehcinal education saying once learners gain these set skills in discplines such as tailoring,Knitting, hairdressing,capentry and Motorvehicle maitance,young people gain self employement thus fastracking the fight against poverty and uneployement.

" When you have technical skills, you can lack job and resources to earn a positively living. People among the richests now are those with technical skills like you".

He was impressed with the number of girl children who have embraced and aquired technical skills and vowed to continue supporting them.

This publication understands that voters of Erute South have picked immense intrest in Abudul and are persistently beckoning him to consider contesting for the Constituency's parliamentary seat in the 2026 elections.

Chosen Hope School is situated in Alyet Parish ,Agali Sub County where Girls enrolled for six months in tailoring.

The beneficiaries are orphans are single mothers and teenage mothers.

He further encouraged the graduates to use the skills for economic transformation.
